Parking Agreement
This agreement made and entered into this day of month, year by and between Fastrak Express, Inc., a corporation, hereinafter called LESSEE and hereinafter called LESSOR.
The Parking Agreement will be for a period of 30 days and will automatically renew each month unless cancelled by either party by written notice.
Terms
The LESSEE will provide parking for truck and trailer at a designated area for the following:
$100.00 – per month for truck and trailer
$100.00 – per month for truck ONLY
$100.00 – per month for trailer ONLY
Payment is due on the first day of each month either by mail or delivered to office Payments received after the 10th of the month will be an additional $25.00 per month Parking for personal vehicles will be in designated area where LESSOR parks truck or trailer. Vehicle Maintenance cannot be performed in the parking area.
LESSOR to provide the following to the LESSEE:
Copy of Registration for All Vehicles & Trailers
Copy of Driver’s License
Certificate of Insurance for all equipment that is parked here with a save harmless clause included.
There will be NO other storage or debris residue as a result of this Parking Agreement.
